King Charles III smiled as he got into a car and left the hospital on Monday, January 29, after undergoing a procedure for an enlarged prostate.
Her Majesty spent three nights at The London Clinic, where she took time to visit her daughter-in-law, the Princess of Wales, who is now recovering at home following abdominal surgery, according to a statement from Kensington Palace.
The king was diagnosed with the benign illness on January 17 while in Birkhall, Aberdeenshire, after attending a check-up because he was experiencing symptoms.
It is understood Charles, 75, wanted to share the news to encourage other men to get checked.
