Jonathan Bailey has revealed that his hair broke due to damage on the set of Bridgerton.

In an interview with the Hollywood ReporterThe 36-year-old actor acknowledged the downsides of having to film three projects at once, including his upcoming role as Fiyero in the Wicked adaptation, returning as Lord Antony in Bridgerton third season and her Emmy-nominated role on Showtime Travel companions series.

“This whole experience has shown me how amazing producers can be,” she explained. “I think it was 32 days straight where I didn’t have a single day off.”

He continued: “I flew back and forth four times. I was going from [Fellow Travelers character] Hawk's house in the 60s in the cabin, go straight to the airport, sleep on the plane, go straight to a regency ball, sleep there, then go straight to Wicked learn choreography. And at that time, I was so late in joining the Wicked batch.”

“They had already started filming, and it was amazing for Marc Platt to make that work, too,” Bailey added. “There’s nothing like the feeling of trying to figure out priorities of whether you have to learn choreography today, or work on your American accent, or wax your hair for another job.” Bridgerton “kiss.”

For Bailey, listening to music ultimately helped him transition from one character to another amid his crazy schedule.

“I probably wouldn’t rush into doing it again,” she said. “But I would say I was pretty good at the curling process and then at the end, I had five days of vacation and my hair was dead from all the perms and straightening.”

“I had to get a perm on my hair Bridgerton and straighten my hair for [Fellow Travelers]“I was like a teenage beauty advert, doing everything with my hair. I remember going on holiday and getting to the beach, sitting in the sun and my hair was just floating, coming off, like it was coming off. And I looked and felt completely crazy,” she added.

As for how the Wicked costume team handled her hair situation, she told Naomi Watts on Variety actors on actors series, explaining how her hair broke during her vacation.

“Oh my God! How is it possible that you still have hair? Hasn’t it fallen out?” the Oscar nominee exclaimed.

“I had a big wig on!” she revealed. “It’s a big spoiler alert, but yes, it’s a wig. I’m in the choreography, so it’s flapping!”

Watts was amazed by the Laurence Olivier Award winner's ability to film in different countries with different settings while also switching between different accents.

“There were times when [doing all these shows] “It all came together in a weird way,” Bailey recalled. “There’s something to be said about free-falling, not having enough time and going with your gut. But it was progressive. There are some videos on my phone that made me cry watching – it’s me as Tim, in a tie and a 1950s jacket, and then in Nike sweatpants learning the choreography. [for Wicked] “on lunch break.”

The first part of Wicked is set to hit theaters on November 27, and Bailey will soon be joining co-stars Ariana Grande and Cynthia Erivo to promote the film as the release date approaches.
