Jennifer Lopez appears to be embracing a new, “carefree” era in her life after filing for divorce from Ben Affleck.
The “Jenny from the Block” singer shared a series of cryptic messages on her Instagram account on Saturday (August 31), which seemed to allude to her mindset following her decision to file divorce papers last week.
Lopez shared a selection of images, including a sign that reads: “Everything is unfolding in divine order.”
Another image showed a T-shirt with the words printed on it: “She is in bloom and undisturbed, out of reach and at peace.”
Other images included a photo of a bubbly bubble bath, Lopez eating ice cream and selfies of Lopez smiling with her loved ones, her 16-year-old twins, Max and Emme, and her younger sister Lynda, 53.
Other slides show Lopez posing in a bathing suit, at a dinner party and posing for a selfie.
To give viewers another glimpse into her mood, she shared a photo of a pink T-shirt emblazoned with the phrase, “Blessed Mom.”
The post’s general text had a humorous subtitle: “Oh, it was a summer.”
Last week, the “Let’s Get Loud” singer personally filed for divorce in Los Angeles Superior Court, without an attorney. She argued that the cause of the divorce was “irreconcilable differences.”
In court, the official date of the couple's separation was April 26. The filing took place on Tuesday, August 20, the exact second anniversary of the couple's gigantic wedding ceremony in Savannah, Georgia, according to TMZ.

Affleck has three children from his marriage to actress Jennifer Garner: Violet Anne, 18, Seraphina Rose, 15, and Samuel, 12. Affleck and Garner were photographed together last week in New Haven, Connecticut, where their daughter Violet is preparing to begin her freshman year at Yale University.
Lopez and Affleck rekindled their romance in 2021 after calling off an engagement in 2002.
