Designer Rahul Mishra recently took to Instagram to share his latest creation, a stunning ensemble worn by none other than iconic singer and actress Jennifer Lopez. This spectacular ensemble features a hand-embroidered black Raven feather layered cape, paired perfectly with matching sequin leggings from her popular Fall 2023 Couture line. The Indian designer caption read: “The iconic Jennifer Lopez steals the show with our hand-embroidered black 'Raven' feather layered cape, paired with matching sequin leggings by Rahul Mishra Couture.”
The cape itself is a true masterpiece, inspired by the intricate feathers of the Crow bird, as reported by Mishra himself, and is meticulously prepared with hand embroidery.
This particular design is part of Mishra's last year's Fall 2023 collection, aptly titled “We The People,” and pays homage to the talented fashion artisans who painstakingly craft each look in their atelier.
“Meticulously crafted through intricate hand embroidery. The design originates from our Fall 2023 Couture collection, 'We, The People', which is an ode to our fashion workers who articulate the looks in our atelier,” Mishra wrote.
