Dharmendra Agarwal from Bikaner has prepared a family pack of kulfi. And not just one or two kilos, but a whopping 7 kg: this is not just the largest kulfi in Bikaner, but in the entire Rajasthan and possibly even the entire country.

Dharmendra Agrawal said that this ice cream was made keeping in mind the scorching heat. It is the biggest ice cream in Bikaner. This kulfi has been made with the desire to make something new. Dharmendra said that he made two kulfis of 7 kg each. A kulfi is 2 feet long. It's a fun kulfi, it's fun to eat and dissipate the heat. This kulfi cannot be eaten by one person but by two or three people together.

Dharmendra said he prepared kulfi in two different flavours. It took him two days to do it. One is orange kulfi to which orange coloring, sugar and lemon juice have been added. The other is a sweet and sour kulfi. He has added pineapple syrup, sugar and coloring.

Dharmendra is known for his strange experiments with food. Previously he also made a 15kg samosa. He has also made 151 different golgappas, 56 kg of potato tikki and 51 types of bada kanji. Through Golgappas, he also conveyed the message of voter awareness during the elections.

Apart from kulfi, Bikaner is also famous for sweets. One of the sweet dishes that are beneficial for health and has many other benefits is Gond Giri Ladoo. It is manufactured in large quantities in Bikaner, Rajasthan. The sweet experiences high demand during festive seasons as people send it to their relatives living abroad. One of the main specialties of this sweet is that it does not spoil for many days.
