In a sustainable initiative, Shloka Mehta re-wears her bridal lehenga for Anant Ambani's wedding

Shloka Ambani stayed true to the classic red lehenga by designer duo Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla.

Shloka Mehta, the eldest daughter-in-law of the Ambani family, decided to re-wear her wedding lehenga for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding ceremony, sending out a strong message about sustainability. Her sister Diya Mehta Jatia helped her design the traditional dress, making Shloka steal the show.

Shloka Ambani stuck to the classic red lehenga by designer duo Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla. To add a bit of freshness, her stylist swapped the red hue for a Rani pink one.

The round neck blouse was embroidered with golden floral motifs and pearl designs. The flared skirt was delicately handwoven with zardozi cutwork. The equally beautiful dupatta featured traditional embroidery and skillful mirror work. The wide borders were embellished with dark green stripes to add a touch of contrast.

Akash Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s wedding in Mumbai on July 12 was undoubtedly one of the most extravagant. The lavish ceremony marked the arrival of several celebrities, prominent politicians and business tycoons. The Ambani family dressed in exquisite ethnic wear for the event, picked from the racks of acclaimed designers.

Shloka Mehta completed her look with a teardrop crystal necklace, bangles on both hands, a maang tika and a nose ring. With her OOTD making a huge fashion statement, Shloka Mehta kept her beauty glam to a minimum. She styled her hair in a low bun with a sleek middle part. Blushed cheeks and kohl-lined eyes, along with mascara-coated lashes and glossy lids, enhanced her charm.

Earlier, for Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant's baraat, Shloka Ambani once again played muse for the Abu Jani label Sandeep Khosla. She wore a pastel pink lehenga with a scalloped neckline blouse and aquamarine-hued embroidery all over.

Floral elements dominated the blouse and the sparkling tassels at the hem enhanced its regal elegance. Shloka paired the blouse with a voluminous lehenga, embossed with nature and animal-inspired motifs in various hues. Silver sequins sparkled brightly like stars in the night sky. Diamond jewellery added to the dazzle.
