maida flour – 2 tablespoons

Corn flour – 4 tablespoons

Chili powder – 4 tablespoons

Garam masala – 1/2 teaspoon

Cumin powder – 1 tablespoon

Garlic and ginger paste – 1 tablespoon

Oil as required

Salt – according to taste

First, boil the eggs well in water. After boiling, remove the peel with soft hands. Try to be careful with the egg, as it can sometimes break during the process of removing the shell. Add maida flour, corn flour, chilli powder, cumin powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste and salt as required in a bowl.
