Method:

Comino Dust – 5 g
Salt and black pepper – to taste
Desi ghee/refined oil – 50 ml
Method:
Soak Sabudana for 30 minutes, then drain.
In a bowl, mix potato, peanuts, ginger, chili, coriander, cumin, salt and pepper.
Mix in small flat empanadas.
