In a recent interview with Vogue India, Priyanka revealed one of her morning rituals to boost the immune system. She shared, “I drink warm water with ginger, turmeric, lemon and honey first thing in the morning to boost my immune system as I shoot almost every day and I can’t afford to fall sick as it would throw my schedule off.”

A while back, she shared an age-old trick to get rid of swelling and pain. After suffering injuries on the set of her upcoming film The Bluff, she took to Instagram to share the remedy to heal herself. She used sliced ​​garlic cloves and rubbed them on her heels. Talking about this trick, she told Vogue India, “Raw garlic really had its moment, huh? Cuts and bruises are part of the job, so I love these kinds of age-old solutions along with the medical ones. I've received many over the years, especially from my mother and grandmother.”

During this interview, she also shared that her mother has recently been making her a mask that she uses before bed. She said, “I’ve recently been making these rice water and coconut oil masks that help shrink pores and tighten the skin. I put them on before bed.”

Earlier, in a segment with Vogue, Priyanka shared one of her favorite body scrubs that can help with tanning and exfoliation. As per its formula, you need to mix about a cup of gram flour (besan), unflavored yogurt, fresh lemon juice, and milk. Lastly, spice it up with sandalwood and turmeric powder. Apply evenly on the skin, let it dry, and then rinse off.

Apart from all the home tricks, in her recent interview, Priyanka added that she maintains a six-step nightly routine and checks in regularly with her facialist.
