Food Network, Ree Drummond, reveals what is still for her daughter Paige, who married in May.
The star of The pioneer womanwho has been in operation since 2011, opened on his youngest daughter who left the nest during a Thursday interview with People. He explained that after Paige married David Andersen, the couple moved to Dallas, Texas.
“What we fully understand,” Ree said about Paige leaving the Drummond family ranch in Pawhuska, Oklahoma. “[Paige and David] They were long distance for most of their dating relationship, and I think they are having fun living together. ”
Together with Paige, 26, Ree and her husband, Ladd Drummond, share four other children: Alex, 28, Bryce, 23, Jamar, 22 and Todd, 21.
Since 2024, Paige had been working with his father in the cattle ranch of his family after leaving his corporate work in Dallas. And according to Ree, Paige took a long time to decide if he wanted to return to Dallas.
“Paige was torn. He loves the ranch and loves to work at the ranch,” he said People. “But I think they both feel [that because] David's work is in Dallas and both have friends there, this is the time for his life in which they wanted to stay close to friends. ”
However, Ree confessed that as Paige reaches this new milestone in her life, she and her husband “always expect” her five children to calm down in Oklahoma someday.
“If they are going to live in a rural cattle ranch, it must be something they want to do and not something they feel they are trapped doing,” he said.
Paige and David got married on their parents' ranch in May, almost a year after they committed themselves. “I couldn't see what happened anywhere else,” Paige said during an interview published in The pioneer woman Blog “It is really one of the most beautiful places, and is very close to my heart.
The wedding location was also a full circle moment for Paige, since her older sister married on the ranch in 2021. And with the help of family and friends, especially her mother, the 26 -year -old girl planned the perfect day of the wedding.
“It is good to have someone there to have a similar taste,” Paige said about Ree. “We literally obtained the wedding date the day after it compromised me, which is hilarious.”
Ree began his blog, The pioneer woman, which was about her and her family in the Rural Oklahoma, in 2006. The success of the blog led her television program of the same name, which is on the food network.
The show continues Ree cooking for your family and friends, mainly while in the shelter on your ranch.
