Consuming fenugreek and cinnamon tea on an empty stomach in the morning helps in reducing weight by regulating blood sugar level.

In such a situation, nutritionist Nidhi Kakkar suggests some methods by which a person can reduce weight.

In a viral video on Instagram, a nutritionist states that if someone wants to reduce their weight quickly, it is necessary to increase the good bacteria present in the intestines and control the bad bacteria that promote insulin resistance and hormonal imbalance. She calls it gut dysbiosis. Therefore, she suggests some simple recipes that you can add to your diet to reduce weight.

Cinnamon and fenugreek tea

To do this, take 1 teaspoon of fenugreek seeds and soak them in a glass of water overnight. In the morning, add a pinch or 1-inch piece of Ceylon cinnamon and boil it for 2-3 minutes. Consume it on an empty stomach in the morning. It will help reduce weight by regulating blood sugar level.

Ginger and lemon shots

To do this, wash and grate two tablespoons of ginger. Now keep it in a cup and squeeze 1.5 tablespoons of lemon juice. Mix this lemon ginger paste in 2 cups of water and add 1/4 teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt to it. Have a drink, that is, less than ¼ cup before eating. Store the rest in an airtight jar. This will help you lose weight by improving your digestion.

Fennel and celery tea

To make fennel and celery tea, boil 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds and 1/2 teaspoon celery seeds in 150 ml of water for 5 to 7 minutes. Now strain it and sip it. Drinking it after eating helps better absorption of nutrients in the body and improves digestion.
