Elizabeth Olsen has revealed how her nightmares have encouraged her to leave the United States and move to the United Kingdom.

I thought it meant just writing a list, checking things off, and getting over it. “I didn’t realize it was something you had no control over, but I had to figure out how to have some control.”

He later confessed that there were times when he had panic attacks “almost every hour” every day.

“It was literally every time there was a change in something: from hot to cold, from hunger to fullness. I thought, 'Oh, is that okay?' And then it snowballed and became a habit,” he continued.
