Dog 'obsessed' with Timothée Chalamet gave the actor a sanctuary

Man's best friend may have competition.

A content creator named Robby recently took to Instagram to show off one of his dogs and the extent of his obsession with actor Timothée Chalamet. The video was filmed from the dog's point of view using a voiceover, in which she introduces herself as PJ. “Hello, my name is PJ and I love Timothée Chalamet,” the dog began at the beginning of the clip.

“My dad doesn't understand it, but it's okay because I can watch him all day,” the voiceover continued. PJ explained that her owner tried to get her interested in other actors like the stars of the series. Barbie movie. The film then appeared on television, with Simu Liu and Rylan Gosling featured.

But as much as Robby tried to expand her dog's interests, she only seemed to care about watching Chalamet. “I just don't like that weird stuff,” PJ noted. “So Dad put Timmy back on TV knowing I can't help it.”

He went on to explain that his father also uses the Dune actor as a form of punishment, showing the television turned off.

“The next day was my birthday,” PJ said. “But I skipped that clown show because I didn't want to do anything but watch little Timmy.”

Unfortunately, PJ's attempts to avoid her birthday party were unsuccessful, as Robby was seen dragging her into an elaborately decorated kitchen while her mother placed a birthday crown on her.

Luckily, PJ's birthday surprise was “a Timmy Shrine.” The video showed that her father had ordered a blanket covered with several images of Chalamet, a pillow with the Little woman the actor's face and even a large cardboard cutout of the actor.

“So daddy decided to violate my privacy by putting a camera on my sweet prince's head,” PJ revealed. “I think he just wants to make sure I like my gift, which I definitely do.”

After the post, many people took to the comments to express how interesting they found the situation, while at the same time hoping that PJ would one day meet his idol.

“Can we have Timothee meet the dog?” asked one commenter. “Surely no schedule is too busy to meet a K9 fan.”

Another commenter agreed, writing: “Petition for Timothee Chalamet to be in this good [girl’s] fourth birthday.”

Other commenters had various reasons why PJ might love the actor so much.

“I think you misinterpreted the situation,” one comment began. “I don't think your dog is in love with him. I think your dog is like his reincarnated grandmother or something.”

“Does it look like its previous owner?” another commenter suggested. “In another life or maybe in the current one.”

One commenter even said he experienced something similar with his own dog.

“The strangest thing…my 12 year old pug, who has NEVER had any interest in or slight recognition of television, watched EVERYTHING Wonka movie with me,” the comment began. “Is Timothee like a dog god or something? I need to test this theory with other Timothee movies!

The independent Robby has been contacted for comment.
