A beloved coca flavor -dietary is returning.
A Coca-Cola spokesman has confirmed Independent that his beloved retro of the diet diet will return to stores throughout the country on October 6. However, the drink, known for its tasty Lima turn, will only be available for a limited time.
The cans, which are sold in a cardboard of 12 packages, and the 20-ounce bottles have a neon green packaging of retro inspiration, along with the word “coca-coca diet” in red and the drawing of a lime. The design is a wink to the iconic appearance of the brand when this drink was sold in the early 2000s.
The food blogger Markie Devo made fun of the return of Diet Coke Lime on Instagram earlier this month, with fans in the comments that express their emotion. The new drink also meant that customers no longer need to put a lime in their coca -Cola Lime.
“God bless OMG,” one wrote, while another agreed: “OMGGGG GYSSS, I add true lime packages to my coca -Cola Light every day, so this is incredible.”
“Limited edition, Whyyy. I long for all the lemon and the Pepsi/Coca lima to be back again,” wrote a third.
A fourth person commented: “This is the best news.”
Diet Coke Lime was first launched in 2004, before being suspended in 2018. When originally eliminated from the shelves, it was replaced by the diet coke ginger lime.
Last summer, Coca-Cola brought another dear drink, Diet Coke Cherry, almost five years after it was suspended.

While the Coca-Cola Diet cherry was sold in mid-July in the Kroger stores, including City Market and Dillon's, it was only available for a limited time.
The drink was also sold in its “retro packaging”, which is a white cardboard with the label “diet cherry coca -cola” and a drawing of a cherry.
Diet Cherry Coke was initially suspended in 2020, after being released in 1985. However, it is not clear why it was eliminated from the shelves. There are several variations of Corner Coke, including a Coca-Cola cherry vanilla, which was suspended in September.
The return of fans' favorite drinks flavors occurred after Coca-Cola jumped into the car of popular soft drinks. In February, the company launched Simply Pop, a probiotic soda that was sold in five flavors: strawberry, lime, pineapple handle, fruits and citrus blows.
The beverage company pointed out on its website that this is the “first prebiotic soda made with real fruit juice.” Similar to all prebiotic soft drinks, it simply POP aims to “support intestinal health”, which means that there is prebiotic fiber and there are no aggregate sugars. The drink also has vitamin C and zinc to support the immune function.
