Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's tour of Colombia begins today and the former working royals have a packed four-day itinerary.
Vice President Francia Marquez said the couple will visit local schools to encourage young people to improve their digital literacy and promote greater awareness about mental health.
As part of the visit’s goal of “shining a light on Colombia’s role as a beacon of culture and innovation,” they will also immerse themselves in the country’s arts and culture while visiting the capital city of Bogotá, as well as Cartagena and Cali.
Harry and Meghan will also meet with the country's Invictus Games team.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex's trip comes as the Princess of Wales's ongoing cancer treatment timeline is revealed.
He will continue to receive “preventive chemotherapy” through the summer to treat an undisclosed form of the disease before spending a few months recovering.
“The direction is positive [but] There will be no major changes [in terms of her public appearances] and no one is giving a time frame for their return,” he said. Daily MailRoyal editor Rebecca English said:

A close source told the 'Daily Mail'Rebecca English: “I don’t think people realize how much has gone on behind the scenes and for how long, a lot longer than anyone really appreciates.
“She is an incredibly strong woman, but she has really been through wars.
“His treatment and recovery remain a priority and will continue for some time.”
The princess announced her cancer diagnosis in March and made her first public appearance of the year at Trooping the Colour in June.

Prince Harry's “hypocritical” view on security
Prince Harry has been described as a “hypocrite” for calling the UK too dangerous to visit but happily travelling to Nigeria and Colombia.
Royal expert Richard Fitzwilliams said The Royal Record podcast: “What is clearly emerging is that he believes Britain is dangerous.
“Now, that seems hypocritical when you look at, for example, security in Nigeria, even if it was organised by the Minister of Defence.
“Or security in Colombia, even if the vice president is organizing it, and the facts are simply that both countries are considered somewhat dangerous, certainly parts of them.”
A representative for the Sussexes confirmed that they will have full security on their current trip to Colombia. It is not known whether it will be privately funded or not.

The Princess of Wales is 'starting to shine again'
Rebecca English told the Daily Mail“Tanned and relaxed, the Prince and Princess of Wales’ surprise video appearance at the weekend to thank Britain’s Olympic heroes was the summer pick-me-up royal watchers needed.”

Harry and Meghan's chief of staff was 'not comfortable' with aspects of the job
Following news that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's chief of staff has quit after just three months, it has been claimed that Josh Kettler was “not comfortable” with aspects of the role.
A source told the Daily MailRichard Eden: “Josh soon realised that the job was not for him. There were aspects of it that he was not comfortable with. He thought it was better to leave now than to continue in a job he did not enjoy.”
Kettler is one of at least 18 staff members who have left the Sussexes since their wedding in 2018.

“It will offer viable solutions and commitments for countries around the world.

Harry and Meghan are waiting for the right moment to reveal royal details
A source said Intimately magazine: “Over time, Meghan will want to write her memoirs, Harry will want to update them. Replacement, and they will want to sit down and promote themselves on television.
“They will not hesitate to answer questions about royalty… For now, they are just waiting for the right moment.”

Royal family arrive at Balmoral for 'crucial talks'
One of the most pressing topics of discussion is reportedly Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, who begin their second unofficial tour of the year in Colombia today.
A close source told the Daily Express“What people don't realise is that the Balmoral reunion is not just a summer holiday.
“The family also participates in pre-arranged meetings where they discuss the family’s current situation and how they can best prepare for the future.
