As the couple prepare to celebrate their 25th anniversary on Thursday (July 4), David, 49, revealed how Victoria, 50, was his “idea of ​​perfection” before he even met her – and that their long-lasting marriage was inevitable.

The couple met in 1997 at a charity football match in the Manchester United players' lounge, when Victoria was 22 and David 21. They married two years later.
