Potato wedges for fryer
Seasoned, crispy potato wedges that are easy to prepare in the air fryer.

Ingredients:
4 large potatoes (about 800 g)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Method:
1. Prepare the potatoes: wash and cut the potatoes into wedges.
2. Season: Toss the potato slices with olive oil, salt, paprika, garlic powder, and dried oregano.
3. Air fry: Preheat the fryer to 200C. Place the potato slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
4. Serve: Remove from the fryer and serve immediately.
