The transport infrastructure was pushed to its capacity. Bookmyshow Live partnered with Western Railway to present special superfastic trains between Mumbai and Ahmedabad. The city airport managed 138,000 extraordinary travelers on the three -day window, including 47,000 record arrivals on the first day of concert. The local subway system destroyed all previous passenger records, demonstrating how a single event can prove and validate the complete transit ecosystem of a city.

The rates of the rooms that generally surround the ₹ 15,000 even during the high season they shot ₹ 50,000 – ₹ 90,000 within 48 hours after the announcement of the concert. Excellence for event management and sustainability leadership

Accessibility was a priority. From the entrance to the seats and facilities, fans with disabilities were totally accommodated. The concert also established a high bar for sustainability. Of the more than 36,000 kilograms of waste generated, 95% was diverted from landfills. More than 100,000 cups of biodegradable rice peel replaced single -use plastic, and about 70% of the LED bands were returned and reused.

Transforming the Narendra Modi stadium into a concert place required strategic planning. The grass protectors retained the Cricket field, while the management of state -of -the -art crowds ensured soft and safe operations at all times.

The report underlines how the live entertainment ecosystem of India can flourish through public-private strategic associations (PPP). States that prioritize the ease of doing business, faster authorizations and support governance can obtain long -term benefits: expanding employment, tourism and state income.
