Dr. Sunil Arya, Ayurveda doctor from Gurugram, has shared some of the food combinations that can seriously affect your health.

1. Rice pudding, milk, cheese, melon and radish should not be consumed with curd.

2. Consuming cold milk, water and honey in equal proportions with clarified butter can harm your health. You should always make sure that the ratio of clarified butter and honey is different.

3. Consuming Armenian cucumbers and cucumbers together can have detrimental health effects.

4. Eating betel leaves and jackfruit together should also be avoided. The oxalate found in jackfruit can cause a toxic reaction in the body when combined with the compounds in betel leaf and can cause stomach problems.

5. You should avoid adding vinegar to rice.

6. People should refrain from consuming jaggery and radish milk.

7. Rice and lentil porridge, jackfruit and roasted chickpea flour should not be eaten with rice pudding.

9. You should avoid drinking water after eating watermelon. Having too much fluid after eating watermelon can cause diarrhea, bloating, or vomiting. It is best to avoid drinking water to prevent these important health ailments.

10. Combining cold water, fruit or cucumber with tea can alter the digestive process. This is because they are foods with different temperatures and can cause nausea in the person. After drinking tea, people should avoid consuming anything for at least half an hour.

11. Consuming foods like garlic, radish, milk and curd along with melon can be harmful to health.
