In the ad, she stripped down to just a pair of the brand’s iconic white briefs on a New York City rooftop terrace, against the backdrop of the city’s skyscrapers. The video campaign was set to Lesley Gore’s 1963 feminist anthem, “You Don’t Own Me.”
In addition to the video, the brand posted a black and white photo of the actor looking seductively into the camera while wearing Calvin Klein underwear. In another image, White is seen resting on a rooftop sofa, wearing low-rise jeans that expose the brand’s logo.
A huge sign of White was later placed on the corner of Lafayette and Houston streets in Manhattan, which fans have jokingly declared “a national landmark.”
