Amy Robach Opened Up About A Time She Had To Kick TJ Holmes Out Of The Bedroom.

During a recent episode of the podcast, the couple shares: Amy and TJRobach mentioned that Holmes' television volume was too loud, so he kicked him out of bed. At the time, Holmes was trying to watch the Olympic Games that were taking place in the middle of the night.

“We’ve been watching, we watched the marathon swim this morning,” Holmes attempted to explain to his viewers before Robach interrupted to say: “They watched the marathon swim. Let’s be honest.”

“This one actually started earlier than the other event,” he clarified, mentioning that the event was at 1:30 a.m. “You got up at 2:30 this morning,” Robach added.

“Literally seeing women swimming in a river,” Holmes said.

“Honey, you're crazy,” Robach said of her dedication to watching the event despite the early hour. “So he came over, put it on while we were both laying there. And normally we all know TJ likes the TV on. And I can make a buzz.” [sic] “I took it out. But for some reason, the comment just started to get to me and then I couldn't go back to sleep. So I had to go into the other room.”

Holmes added that because of the complexities of the rules and how precise the swimmers’ times are, she had to pay close attention. “Because it’s a duty, this is a sport,” she told Robach.

“It’s not a constant thing, it’s a constant action, but you can’t really see the action. It’s like watching a NASCAR race. At some point, you just think they’re going around in circles. You have to pay close attention to the nuances. And I had to listen to all the nuances that were explained to me.”

Robach recalled Holmes turning up the volume on the television. “And then I said, ‘Honey, can you turn it down?’ And then you walked out of the room,” she said.

The former Good Morning America hosts began dating in 2023 following their previous marriages to Holmes' ex-wife, Marilee Fiebig, and Robach's ex-husband, Andrew Shue.

Shue recently appeared on the Melrose Place watch the podcast again, It's still the placewhere he talked about his personal life and whether he is currently pursuing any major projects. “I’m doing great. I’m very happy, my kids are all great and I’m working on a project,” the actor said during the podcast episode.

“Beyond Café Media, I have a very exciting project that I believe has the potential to be the basis for uniting our country.”

Shue explained that he is currently “creating citizen assemblies, where citizens of different backgrounds and political persuasions come together and work to create model legislation.” The goal is to get the general public to advocate for unified legislation, which Shue specifically called a “structured process of articulating the will of the people, something that has never been done before.”

Although he is just beginning to get involved in politics, he doesn’t think he will ever get to the point of running for office. “Right now, I think it’s better to do what we’re doing and find the right way to bring elected leaders into this and support it,” he said.

“But I think we have to prove it again, as citizens who are outside the political realm. I think as soon as it becomes political in that sense, we immediately ask ourselves: 'Which party? Which party are you trying to benefit?'”
