AAJ KA PANCHANG, 20 SEPTEMBER 2024: According to Drik Panchang, both Tritiya Tithi and Chaturdashi Tithi of Krishna Paksha will be celebrated on Friday, September 20. Krishna Tritiya, which is considered an auspicious time to start important tasks, coincides with the timings of Shubh Muhurta. On the other hand, Krishna Chaturdashi is considered inauspicious as it falls under Ashubh Muhurta. It is noteworthy that the festival of Tritiya Shraddha is also celebrated on this day.

It is better to check the Tithi and auspicious and inauspicious times before starting any activity for a smooth process and positive results.

SUNRISE, SUNSET, MOONRISE AND MOONSET ON SEPTEMBER 20

The sun is expected to rise at 6:09 am and set at 6:20 pm, while moonrise is scheduled for 7:49 pm and moonset at 8:24 am the following day.

TITHI, NAKSHATRA AND RASHI DETAILS FOR 20TH SEPTEMBER

Tritiya Tithi is predicted to prevail till 9:15 PM, after which it will move to Chaturdashi Tithi. The auspicious Ashwini Nakshatra will remain in force till 2:43 AM on September 21, when it will move to Bharani Nakshatra. The moon is expected to be in Mesha Rashi, while the sun is scheduled to be in Kanya Rashi.

SHUBH MUHURAT FOR 20TH SEPTEMBER

Brahma Muhurta is scheduled to be celebrated from 4:34 am to 5:21 am, followed by Pratah Sandhya Muhurta from 4:58 am to 6:09 am and Vijaya Muhurta from 2:16 pm to 3:05 pm. Godhuli Muhurta is scheduled to be celebrated from 6:20 pm to 6:43 pm, while Sayahna Sandhya Muhurta is scheduled to be celebrated from 6:20 pm to 7:31 pm. Nishita Muhurta is scheduled to be celebrated from 11:51 pm to 12:38 am on September 21.

ASHUBH MUHURAT FOR SEPTEMBER 20

The Rahu Kalam Muhurta is expected to take place from 10:43 to 12:14, followed by the Yamaganda Muhurta from 15:17 to 16:48 and the Gulikai Kalam Muhurta from 7:40 to 9:11. The Dur Muhurtam is scheduled to take place from 8:35 to 9:24 and again from 12:39 to 13:27. The Varjyam Muhurta is expected to take place from 23:08 to 00:34 on September 21. The Baana Muhurta is expected to remain in Raja from 22:15 till evening.
