Aaj Ka Panchang, 17th September 2024: Several important festivals like Ganesh Visarjan, Anant Chaturdashi, Purnima Shraddha, Bhadrapada Purnima Vrat and Anvadhan will be celebrated on this day.

AAJ KA PANCHANG, 17 SEPTEMBER 2024: According to Drik Panchang, Shukla Paksha Chaturdashi and Shukla Purnima Tithis will take place on September 17. Shukla Chaturdashi is not considered auspicious, whereas Shukla Purnima is considered normal to celebrate important occasions and festivals. Several important festivals like Ganesh Visarjan, Anant Chaturdashi, Purnima Shraddha, Bhadrapada Purnima Vrat and Anvadhan will be celebrated on this day.

Before starting any important activity at home, devotees should check the tithis, shubh (auspicious) and ashubh (inauspicious) muhurats of the day to ensure success and optimism.

SUNRISE, SUNSET, MOONRISE AND MOONSET ON SEPTEMBER 17

The sun is expected to rise at 6:07 am and set at 6:23 pm, while the moon is forecast to rise at 6:03 pm and set at 6:06 am on September 18.

TITHI, NAKSHATRA AND RASHI DETAILS FOR 17TH SEPTEMBER

On September 17, at 11:44 PM, Chaturdashi Tithi will conclude and transit into Purnima Tithi. The normal Shatabhisha nakshatra is expected to continue till 1:53 PM, at which time it will shift to the normal Purva Bhadrapada nakshatra. The Sun is expected to continue in Kanya Rashi and the Moon will be in Kumbha Rashi till 5:44 AM, September 18 and will transit into Meena Rashi.

SHUBH MUHURAT FOR 17TH SEPTEMBER

The Pratah Sandhya Muhurta will be performed from 4:57 to 6:07 am, following the Brahma Muhurta, which will be performed from 4:33 to 5:20 am. The Vijaya Muhurta will be performed from 2:18 pm to 3:07 pm. The Sayahna Sandhya Muhurta on this day will be performed from 6:23 pm to 7:34 pm, and the Godhuli Muhurta will begin at 6:23 pm and end at 6:47 pm. The Nishita Muhurta is planned to be performed between 11:52 pm and 12:39 am on September 18.

ASHUBH MUHURAT FOR 17 SEPTEMBER

The Yamaganda Muhurta is scheduled to begin at 9:11 am and end at 10:43 am. The Gulikai Kalam Muhurta is scheduled from 12:15 pm to 1:47 pm, while the Rahu Kalam Muhurta will take place between 3:19 pm and 4:51 pm. There will be two timings for the Dur Muhurtam: 8:34 am to 9:23 am and 11:05 pm to 11:52 pm. The scheduled timings for Aadal Yoga are from 6:07 am to 1:53 pm. At Mrityu, the Baana Muhurta is scheduled to begin at 8:29 pm and last till evening.
