AAJ KA PANCHANG, AUGUST 3, 2024: According to Drik Panchang, Chaturdashi Tithi and Amavasya Tithi of Krishna Paksha are celebrated on Saturday, August 3. Krishna Chaturdashi and Krishna Amavasya are considered to be inauspicious periods to begin important tasks and fall within the timings of Ashubh Muhurta. No festivals will be celebrated on this day.

SUNRISE, SUNSET, MOONRISE AND MOONSET ON AUGUST 3

The sun is expected to rise at 5:44 a.m. and set at 7:10 p.m. Meanwhile, the moon is expected to rise at 5:16 a.m. on August 4 and set at 6:46 p.m.

TITHI, NAKSHATRA AND RASHI DETAILS FOR 3RD AUGUST

Chaturdashi Tithi is expected to last till 3:50 pm, after which Amavasya Tithi will begin. The auspicious Punarvasu Nakshatra is likely to last till 11:59 am, after which the auspicious Pushya Nakshatra will take its place. The moon will be in Karka Rashi (Cancer) and the sun is expected to be there as well.

SHUBH MUHURAT FOR AUGUST 3

The Brahma Muhurta is scheduled to be held from 4:19 am to 5:02 am, followed by the Vijaya Muhurta from 2:42 pm to 3:35 pm and the Pratah Sandhya Muhurta from 4:41 am to 5:44 am. The Abhijit Muhurta is scheduled to be held from 12:00 pm to 12:54 pm, while the Godhuli Muhurta is scheduled between 7:10 pm and 7:32 pm. The Nishita Muhurta is scheduled to be held from 12:06 am to 12:48 am on August 4. The Sayahna Sandhya Muhurta is scheduled from 7:10 pm to 8:14 pm.

ASHUBH MUHURAT FOR AUGUST 3

The Yamaganda Muhurta is said to take place from 2:08 pm to 3:49 pm, followed by the Rahu Kalam Muhurta from 9:05 am to 10:46 am and the Gulikai Kalam Muhurta from 5:44 am to 7:25 am. The Dur Muhurtam is expected to take place twice – first from 5:44 am to 6:38 am and again from 6:38 am to 7:31 am. The Varjyam Muhurta is expected to take place between 8:28 pm and 9:10 pm. The Baana Muhurta is scheduled to take place in Roja from 6:38 am till evening.
