AAJ KA PANCHANG, AUGUST 22, 2024: The Tritiya Tithi and Chaturthi Tithi of Krishna Paksha will be celebrated on Thursday, August 22, according to Drik Panchang. Also, there are four festivals scheduled on the day – Kajari Teej, Bahula Chaturthi, Maha Sangada Hara Chathurti and Heramba Sankashti Chaturthi. So, make sure to check the Tithis, Nakshatra, auspicious and inauspicious timings before starting any rituals at home so that the process goes smoothly.

SUNRISE, SUNSET, MOONRISE AND MOONSET ON AUGUST 22

Sunrise is expected to occur around 5:54 a.m., while sunset is expected around 6:53 p.m. The moon is scheduled to rise at approximately 8:43 p.m. and is expected to set around 8:28 a.m.

TITHI, NAKSHATRA AND RASHI DETAILS FOR 22 AUGUST

Tritiya Tithi will be in effect till 1:46 PM and then it will be changed to Chaturthi Tithi. Uttara Bhadrapada Nakshatra will remain in effect till 10:05 PM on August 22, after which it will be replaced by Revati Bhadrapada Nakshatra. The moon is expected to be in Meena Rashi, while the sun is scheduled to be in Simha Rashi.

SHUBH MUHURAT FOR AUGUST 22

On August 22, the auspicious Muhurtas include Brahma Muhurta from 4:26 AM to 5:10 AM, followed by Pratah Sandhya Muhurta which is predicted to occur from 4:48 AM to 5:54 AM. Abhijit Muhurta is from 11:58 AM to 12:50 PM and Vijaya Muhurta will take place from 2:34 PM to 3:25 PM. Godhuli Muhurta begins at 6:53 PM and will extend till 7:15 PM and Sayahna Sandhya from 6:53 PM to 7:59 PM. Apart from that, Nishita Muhurta is projected to take place between 12:01 AM and 12:46 AM on August 23, while Amrit Kalam will be observed between 5:47 PM and 7:13 PM.

ASHUBH MUHURAT FOR AUGUST 22

The inauspicious timings for the day are as follows: Rahu Kalam Muhurta is anticipated to occur from 2:01 pm to 3:38 pm, Yamaganda Muhurta from 5:54 am to 7:32 am and Gulikai Kalam Muhurta from 9:09 am to 10:46 am Furthermore, Dur Muhurtam is scheduled to take place between 10:14 am and 11:06 am and Banna Muhurat is anticipated to occur at Chora from 1:35 am on August 23rd throughout the night. As for the Panchaka, it is expected to be in force throughout the day.
