AAJ KA PANCHANG, AUGUST 2, 2024: According to Drik Panchang, both Trayodashi and Chaturdashi Tithi of Krishna Paksha will fall on August 2. Devotees will observe Sawan Shivaratri on this day. The date of Masik Shivaratri in the month of Sharavana is considered Sawan. The entire month of Shravana is dedicated to worshipping Lord Shiva, but this day is considered extremely auspicious. Before starting any ritual, it is essential to check the tithi, along with the auspicious and inauspicious timings. Sunrise is expected to occur around 5:43 a.m., while sunset is expected at approximately 7:11 p.m. The moon will rise around 4:16 a.m. on August 3 and set around 6:01 p.m.

TITHI, NAKSHATRA AND RASHI DETAILS FOR 2ND AUGUST

The Trayodashi Tithi will be in effect till 3:26 pm on August 2, after which the Chaturdashi Tithi will begin. The Ardra Nakshatra is expected to last till 10:59 am, followed by the Punatvasu Nakshatra. The moon will be in Mithuna Rashi till 5:41 am and then it will shift to Karka Rashi. The sun is predicted to remain in Karka Rashi.
