A thieving seagull steals a packet of crisps from a convenience store | Lifestyle

A seagull has been caught on camera stealing bags of crisps from a corner shop in Dorset.

Staff at the Central store in Weymouth have even put up a joke sign to warn customers about the regular visitor who has earned the nickname “Steven”.

The footage shows the seagull brazenly wandering through open doors and stealing food from the nearest shelf.

Store supervisor Sally Toogood said: “He lurks outside, waiting for any opportunity to pop in and grab a packet of crisps.

“He takes it off the shelf, opens it, and all his friends come downstairs, too. He didn't seem to mind the spiciness of the chips.”
