Ingredients:

2 parts Haku vodka

4 parts sparkling water

Method:

Pour Haku Vodka into a Collins glass over ice, gently add sparkling water and garnish with squeezed lime zest.

2 parts Haku vodka

1 part dry vermouth

Method:
