Sphere 3D (ANY) terminates master hosting services agreement with Rebel Mining
On March 14, 2024, Sphere 3D (ANY) terminated its Master Hosting Services Agreement, dated April 4, 2023, between the Company and Rebel Mining Company, LLC (the “Agreement”), in accordance with its terms . Termination of the Agreement takes immediate effect. The Company has reserved all rights, including the right to claim damages for breach of contract under the Agreement.
