Ethereum drops 11% in bearish session according to Investing.com

Investing.com – Ethereum was trading at $2,396.95 by 18:16 (22:16 GMT) on the Investing.com index on Tuesday, down 10.75% on the day. It was the largest one-day percentage loss since November 9, 2022.

The downward movement saw Ethereum’s market cap fall to $299.58 billion, or 14.18% of the total cryptocurrency market cap. At its highest level, Ethereum’s market cap was $569.58 billion.

Ethereum had been trading in a range of $2,396.02 to $2,699.73 in the previous twenty-four hours.

Over the past seven days, Ethereum has seen a drop in value as it lost 3.68%. The volume of Ethereum traded in the twenty-four hours up to the time of writing was $14.89 billion or 21.02% of the total volume of all cryptocurrencies. It has traded in a range of $2,396.0151 to $2,818.0505 over the past 7 days.

At its current price, Ethereum is still 50.72% below its all-time high of $4,864.06 set on November 10, 2021.
