© Reuters Bitcoin rises 10% as investors gain confidence
Investing.com – Bitcoin was trading at $67,022.7 at 3:09 p.m. (20:09 GMT) on the Investing.com index on Wednesday, a daily increase of 10.07%. It was the largest one-day percentage gain since October 23, 2023.
The upward move pushed Bitcoin's market capitalization up to $1,313.9 billion, or 52.29% of the total cryptocurrency market capitalization. At its highest point, Bitcoin's market capitalization was $1,333.8 billion.
Bitcoin had traded in a range of $62,848.7 to $67,604.9 in the previous twenty-four hours.
Over the past seven days, Bitcoin has seen an increase in value as it gained 9.61%. The volume of Bitcoin traded in the twenty-four hours up to the time of writing was $82.4 billion or 38.72% of the total volume of all cryptocurrencies. It has traded in a range of $60,138.2031 to $69,063.0938 in the last 7 days.
At its current price, Bitcoin is still 2.95% below its all-time high of $69,063.09 set on March 5.

Ethereum's market capitalization last stood at $463.8 billion or 18.46% of the total cryptocurrency market capitalization, while Tether USDt's market capitalization amounted to $100.6 billion or 4 .00% of the total value of the cryptocurrency market.
