Bitcoin rises 10% in its rally By Investing.com

Investing.com – Bitcoin was trading at $56,662.4 at 21:08 (02:08 GMT) on the Investing.com Index on Tuesday, a daily increase of 10.08%. It was the largest one-day percentage gain since October 23, 2023.

The upward move pushed Bitcoin's market capitalization up to $1,093.4 billion, or 51.64% of the total cryptocurrency market capitalization. At its highest point, Bitcoin's market capitalization was $1,275.5 billion.

Bitcoin had traded in a range of $54,464.0 to $56,844.8 in the previous twenty-four hours.

Over the past seven days, Bitcoin has seen an increase in value as it gained 7.78%. The volume of Bitcoin traded in the twenty-four hours as of this writing was $36.7 billion or 40.96% of the total volume of all cryptocurrencies. It has traded in a range of $50,537.6016 to $56,844.7734 in the last 7 days.

At its current price, Bitcoin is still 17.87% below its all-time high of $68,990.63 set on November 10, 2021.

Elsewhere in cryptocurrency trading

Ethereum was last trading at $3,253.29 on the Investing.com index, up 4.72% on the day.

Tether USDt was trading at $0.9994 on the Investing.com index, a loss of 0.09%.

Ethereum's market capitalization last stood at $387.1 billion or 18.28% of the total cryptocurrency market capitalization, while Tether USDt's market capitalization amounted to $98.1 billion or 4 .63% of the total value of the cryptocurrency market.
