Investing.com – Bitcoin was trading at $60,271.2 at 14:57 (19:57 GMT) on the Investing.com index on Tuesday, down 10.61% on the day. It was the largest one-day percentage loss since March 5.
The downward move pushed Bitcoin's market capitalization to $1,214.6 billion, or 51.92% of the total cryptocurrency market capitalization. At its highest point, Bitcoin's market capitalization was $1,333.8 billion.
Bitcoin had traded in a range of $60,271.2 to $69,063.1 in the previous twenty-four hours.
Over the past seven days, Bitcoin has seen an increase in value as it gained 8.04%. The volume of Bitcoin traded in the twenty-four hours up to the time of writing was $90.4 billion or 40.19% of the total volume of all cryptocurrencies. It has traded in a range of $56,704.9453 to $69,063.0938 in the last 7 days.
At its current price, Bitcoin is still 12.73% below its all-time high of $69,063.09 set on March 5.

Ethereum was last trading at $3,257.71 on the Investing.com index, down 4.85% on the day.
Tether USDt was trading at $1.0001 on the Investing.com index, a loss of 0.06%.
Ethereum's market capitalization last stood at $416.5 billion or 17.80% of the total cryptocurrency market capitalization, while Tether USDt's market capitalization stood at $100.1 billion or 4 .28% of the total value of the cryptocurrency market.
