Amazon has implemented deliveries of ultra rapid groceries throughout the United Kingdom.
The measure sees an association with the US rapid delivery firm. UU. Gopuff.
Collaboration means that customers can request thousands of products, from alcohol to fresh foods, which will be delivered in less than an hour, but often as fast as 15 minutes.
The service will be available 24 hours and will be executed using the local microfilmment centers.
The company based in Pennsylvania was one of the ultra rapid groceries delivery companies that expanded rapidly during the COVID-19 pandemic when the blockages increased consumer demand.
The rival with headquarters in Türkiye Getir retired from the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States last year after their finances were under pressure and initiated a cost reduction campaign.
The deployment of Gopuff in the United Kingdom of Amazon follows an initial launch to residents in Birmingham and Salford in May.
The service is now available in Birmingham, Bristol, Cambridge, Cardiff, Chessington, Coventry, Derby, Leeds, Liverpool, London, Manchester, Newcastle, Nottingham, Salford, Sheffield and Swansea.
It joins the retail retailers Morrisons and Iceland, who are available for the customers of the United Kingdom of Amazon.
Russell Jones, director of Amazon groceries associations, said: “We are always working to give customers more options and more convenient options for their groceries to be delivered.
“The new launch with Gopuff brings access to our customers to a convenient and affordable way to access their daily grocery.”
